1. आवेदक बिहार राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
2. छात्र एवं छात्राएँ (Boys & Girl Students) दोनों Bihar Board 10th Scholarship के लिए Online Apply कर सकते हैं
3. आवेदक को अपनी 10वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा में Frist/ Second Divison से पास होना चाहिए।
4. प्रति परिवार केवल दो आवेदक 10वीं पास छात्रवृत्ति के लिए पात्र हैं।
5. सभी श्रेणी (सामान्य/ओबीसी/ईबीसी/एससी/एसटी) के छात्र/ छात्राएं इस स्कॉलरशिप के लिए पात्र हैं।
